Application / Registration Procedure

To all level of studies, the following must be submitted:
1. The completed application form
2. The completed registration form
3. Photocopy of the identification card or Passport
4. The certificate of birth
5. A certificate of civil status
6. The certificate of physical fitness and examination from recognized hospital
7. A recommendation from the school head and from the local teacher or municipality leader.
8. 4 passport photos (the University has the studio to take quick and quality photos)

Candidates for the first year of Bachelor’s degree must submit in due form a complete application file include the following:

• Photocopies of the 5th and 6th grade of High School
• The photocopy of the notary state diploma for High School or the list (in case the diploma not yet delivered)

Registration in Graduate / Master’s degree or doctoral programs

• The AERDC-OLU only enters the first year of the Degree, Masters and PhD; which is a recruiting class.
• The candidate must, in addition to the elements required to produce all the transcript of records for the previous degree of studies, diploma endorsed / approved, and a proof of his order.
• The student will have to consult the concerned program for more details

International students

• Apart from the previous registration conditions, a student visa is required from the immigration or the office of foreigner affairs. Students need to consult about the D.R.Congo embassy before living their country of residence. The AERDC-OLU liaison office is there to facilitate foreign students and do all necessary for them to get visa on time.
